WHAT:
The pressing issues of disclosures and conflicts of interest in medical practice and research will be addressed by leaders in the field from both surgical and non-surgical specialties.  Invitees will include representatives from industry as well as  federal governmental agencies to give a perspective on coming laws and enforcement actions.  The president of NASS has also been invited to discuss and define the organization’s ethics guidelines.
